Individualism
We are living in a world that is changing constantly, however our individuality is what separates us from others. There are many countries that have been built upon this idea including the powerful United States of America. Slogans of the US included land of the free and land of the great. This is still what most americans think, and they're probably right. American's for example have the right of speech and the right to vote who is going to be in charge of their country. It is individualism that gives people an identity to hold on to and is what inspires people to do great things. Karl Marx is one of the key thinkers behind the idea of "Communism" and a social thinker. He however believes that everyone should have an equal amount of everything as everybody is entitled to it. There shall be no dictatorship and everybody is able to project their own voice and their thoughts to be implemented in the building of a society or anything that involves a group. Some countries have attempted to have this incorporated into their own government structure or completely change their countries way. For example china has been though this as it was a communist country trying out the ideas of equality and seeing it if it truly works as it is written. As you may know not everything written can come true and that is the exact thing that happened to china. It did not become a country of equality but instead people have taken over the government that poverty has skyrocketed. It is almost turning into a socialist country. Individualism is what's supposed to help in these types of situations and you as an individual should be able to project your thoughts on the government. That's not the case now but may happen in countries all over the world in many years to come.

Humanism/Secularism
We are a rapidly changing society especially when we are in the era of technology and the World Wide Web. What we do has changed and so has Humanism over the course of centuries it has picked up new ideas and values. Humanism has always been about keeping the basic and fundamental principles of humanity but as time changes so do things. Quoting Corliss Lamont “To define twentieth-century humanism briefly, I would say that it is a philosophy of joyous service for the greater good of all humanity in this natural world and advocating the methods of reason, science, and democracy. While this statement has many profound implications, it is not difficult to grasp. Humanism in general is not a way of thinking merely for professional philosophers, but is also a credo for average men and women seeking to lead happy and useful lives.”– (“The Philosophy of Humanism” 8th Edition pp 12-13) As you can see the devotion to the study of humanities and culture of the humans is what is real according to humanists however what anti-humanists say may be completely opposite. Their answers may range from the total disbelief of what humanists say and the humanists may not believe in the bible or god at all. What is important is that people take strong facts and arguments that have been proven by people and not written down by some people thousands of years ago. (I do not mean to offend anyone) Globalization on a world level has helped spread the ideas of humanism to every corner of the world. This new type of humanism deemed by UNESCO is not only having theoretical humanism ideas but also having realistic ones that can be proven and backed by any means. We are possible of achieving anything If we stide towards and that’s some of the new ideas of humanism. If Leonardo Da Vinci was able to be some many people at once then we people from the future should be able to.
